In a perfect world everyone would keep their agreements and get their work done on time. There would be therefore no reason to track anyone else’s agreements.
Unfortunately, we don’t live in that world. This means team leaders need to know the strengths (and weaknesses) of their team members, and have a trusted system in order to track outstanding agreements appropriately.
